Folx it’s been a minute. It’s been almost a year since my move to a new city that turned my life upside for a while. Content has begun to trickle out again as I regain some sense of normalcy. I’ve got a half finished novel, Salt, that could use some attention, but art brain has been pulling me in other directions recently and who am I to deny a muse.
Naughty Talk has felt like a priority, as it gives voice and creates visibility for queer folks and kinksters in a world that would silence those of us in these communities. Season 5 is finally rolling out. albeit in a way that’s been kinder for myself in terms of pacing.
I’ve been sinking into community and events recently. I’ve been posting less and showing up in person more. It’s been amazing connecting with folx and sharing education alongside my pet, and mate, Oximus. Winterfire 2026 and Primal Arts Fest 2026 were wonderful and I’m now turning my attention to Dark Odyssey Summer Camp which will take place in Maryland on Labor Day weekend. I’ve submitted to Kinky Con for the fall and won’t know until later this summer if we’ve been accepted.
I’ve been hard a work producing some new classes and special events, especially primal content. This year has been a year of shadow work and spiritual growth and I’m allowing my sacred sexuality practice and primal energy work to show up in my classes in a more prominent way. If that’s not your jam, don’t worry! I’m still doing private coaching and lots of group D/s education!
The solstice always comes with a burst of renewed energy, and spoons having been low with so much change afoot, I’m practicing mindfulness as often as possible when choosing where to direct it. Of course, as I’ve said, the muses will have their say.
Anyway, I’m not dead yet. Check out the newest season of NT as it rolls out. Look for us at camp. I’ll probably be dancing skyclad around the primal fires or cracking a whip in the dungeon. Ya know, normal things.
